Premiere Plus Realty Cape Coral associates hosted a Back to School Between the Deals event, collecting supplies and supporting local students in the community.
At Premiere Plus Realty Co., building strong relationships extends far beyond real estate. Recently, associates in Cape Coral gathered for another successful Between the Deals networking event, bringing colleagues together for an afternoon of connection, collaboration, and community impact.
Led by Support Broker Lisette Lopez, the event featured a special Back to School theme that encouraged associates to step away from their daily routines, strengthen relationships, and enjoy time together outside of the office. These gatherings continue to foster a sense of camaraderie among agents while creating opportunities to support meaningful causes throughout the community.
For Lopez, combining networking with community service was a natural fit.
"I've always enjoyed participating in events with Premiere Plus Realty, especially when we have an opportunity to give back to our community while bringing our agents together," Lopez said. "I wanted to create an event that was more than just networking, something that allowed us to connect with one another while making a positive impact in our community. Combining our agents' connection with an opportunity to support local students felt like the perfect idea."
This installment of Between the Deals carried an especially important mission. Associates came together to collect and donate school supplies for Hector A. Cafferata Jr. K-8 School in Cape Coral as students and staff prepare for a new academic year in their rebuilt campus.
The donation effort held special significance for Lopez, whose connection to the school extends beyond the community itself.
"Hector A. Cafferata Jr. K-8 School holds a very special place in my heart because my children attend the school," she said. "After Hurricane Ian, I experienced firsthand, as a parent, the uncertainty and challenges that came with the school changes and everything the students and families had to adjust to."
Having lived in Cape Coral for more than two decades, Lopez has witnessed the school's impact across generations of local families.
"I've also lived in Cape Coral for over 20 years, and I've watched my oldest and nieces, who are now in their 20s, attend that same school," she said. "Seeing the school go from what it was, through the devastation of the hurricane, and now watching it be rebuilt and restored is incredibly meaningful to me."
The event's success would not have been possible without the many associates who contributed donations and the dedicated vendor partners who continue to support Premiere Plus Realty's networking events. Their participation helped create an atmosphere that was both enjoyable and purposeful.
As students and teachers prepare for a new school year, Lopez hopes the community's support sends a lasting message.
"I hope they take away the message that together, anything is possible. We are stronger when we come together. We are one community, one team, and one family," she said. "I want the students to start this new school year knowing that they have a community behind them, cheering them on every step of the way."
At its core, Between the Deals is about more than networking. It is about strengthening connections, giving back, and making a positive difference in the communities Premiere Plus Realty serves. The Cape Coral team continues to demonstrate what it means to show up for one another and for their neighbors, creating lasting impacts both inside and outside the real estate industry.
