Shawn sees this role as an opportunity for servant leadership—helping steer the organization while fine-tuning resources to provide safety, efficiency and technology solutions to all Agents.

Reflecting on his experience at United Real Estate, Shawn shared, “Serving our Agents directly correlates to what we do on the board.” He emphasizes building strong teams and supporting Agents as the foundation for his new leadership role.

As President, Shawn’s priorities include optimizing operations and helping Agents navigate the current market. “Real estate’s been an interesting couple of years. We really want to make sure everything we’re doing is running at optimal speed,” he explained.

Looking at the Greater Fort Worth market, Shawn said, “We are in the Texas Triangle, so the development and growth projected over the next 20 to 30 years is huge. The people out there hustling now are the ones who will succeed the most.”

Shawn’s advice to fellow Agents: “The more you serve people, the more rewards you receive—from leadership to education and understanding the tools and resources available. Get involved, advocate for the industry and protect personal property rights.”
