It is determined by public and peer voting and highlights teams making a measurable impact within their organizations and across their industries.

Voting is open June 22 through July 22, and each vote helps determine which teams advance to the Top 50, Top 10, and ultimately Marketing Team of the Year. Winners will be announced virtually on October 27 at the OnCon Icon Awards during OnCon 2026. While there is a cap on the number of votes counted from within each organization, there is no limit to external votes, making it important to share this opportunity across your network.
