United Real Estate Selected for New “Zillow Preview” Listing Product Launch

We are excited to share that United Real Estate has been invited to launch Zillow Preview, a new listing marketing opportunity. This program provides an important bridge between the actual moment a listing/marketing agreement is signed, and it makes its way through the MLS to become fully exposed to the market on Zillow. This is especially important as pent-up demand has many buyers waiting for the perfect property to hit the market. Now your listings can be seen first.

As reported in industry media, Zillow Preview allows listings to be publicly showcased one to three days before going ‘active,’ giving sellers earlier exposure and buyers earlier access within MLS standards of practice. With this option, all our affiliated Agents and sellers can boost pre-market listings on the world’s No. 1 real estate portal at no cost. Sellers gain early visibility, buyers gain access to more inventory, and Agents benefit from increased exposure on the industry’s largest consumer portal.

“The landscape within our industry has shifted very rapidly in the area of listing ‘previews’ and ‘coming soon’ functionality. Our United team has moved thoughtfully for the benefit of our consumers and Agents. In doing so, we can provide all of our Agents’ listings the opportunity to gain exposure on the highest trafficked listings portal in the world as early as possible in the selling process. We have also given our Agents the opportunity for increased income when a lead from their Zillow Preview listing generates a referral fee to Zillow. Sellers win by us generating more demand, our Agents win by great service to their listing clients and buyers win with a more instant access to listings coming to market!”

- United Real Estate President Rick Haase.

Zillow Preview will be available once final preparations are complete in the coming days. Participation will remain optional and client-driven. Be on the lookout for communications from the Home Office on next steps.
