United Real Estate Specialists Give Back in a Big Way
This holiday season, United Real Estate Specialists came together in a big way to support local families in need through a heartfelt community outreach initiative and Jennifer Cornelius, Alexis Bedoy, Greg Curtis, Karen Harris, LuAnn Prillaman and Susanna McClure helped make it all happen.
The office’s Community Heroes Committee played a key role in organizing the effort internally, supporting a holiday program in partnership with Impact of Southern Arizona, a nonprofit dedicated to helping families during challenging times. Through the program, families were able to create wish lists for their children, allowing United Agents and Ppartners to directly sponsor and support them.
This year’s initiative introduced an Amazon-based wish list system, making participation easier than ever. The response was overwhelming. Gifts arrived daily, wrap parties filled the office with energy and teamwork and Agents, staff and even third-party partners joined in to help.
In total, the United Real Estate Specialists team:
Adopted 7 families
Supported 25 children
Collected over 100 gifts
“This is our third year doing this and every year it gets a little bigger,” Jennifer shared. “Seeing the wish lists being cleared daily—it really filled our cup.”
Despite being a challenging year for many, the generosity shown by the United family was inspiring. Gifts were delivered over several days, bundled by family, creating a powerful reminder of the impact that teamwork and community can make.
Special recognition goes to the Community Heroes Committee, spearheaded by Alexis Bedoy, whose leadership continues to drive meaningful service efforts throughout the year. At United Real Estate, service goes beyond transactions—it’s about showing up for our communities in moments that matter most. The United Real Estate Specialists team continues to embody that spirit, proving that when Agents come together with heart, leadership and purpose, the impact reaches far beyond the office walls. This season, they didn’t just give gifts—they delivered hope, joy and a powerful reminder of what it truly means to be United.
