Last week, United Real Estate brought real-world brokerage insight into the classroom at the University of Colorado Boulder.
Dan Duffy and David Dickey joined students at the Leeds School of Business for a candid conversation on what it truly takes to build and scale a modern brokerage. From United’s growth into a Top 10 U.S. real estate company to significant investments in technology — including live demonstrations of AI agents launching soon — the discussion connected classroom learning with real-time industry evolution.
The session went beyond business metrics. Students heard firsthand insights on leadership, innovation, navigating industry challenges, and building a career with intention and resilience.
