Each week, we’re spotlighting an Agent from the United Family of Companies and the moment in their career that felt like a personal gold medal moment.

Across the United Family of Companies, our Agents are winning every day — not on the podium, but in the moments that define their careers. From first wins to life-changing milestones, we’re spotlighting the stories that define the core values of United Real Estate and our Family of Companies.

#### Gold Medal Moment Spotlight this week: Julie Blaufuss with Platinum Realty, a United Family Company

After nearly a year of searching and multiple offers, Julie Blaufuss and her buyers finally found their dream home — only to miss the offer deadline.

Instead of walking away, Julie encouraged them to submit a backup offer. That *“shot in the dark”* paid off. The first contract fell through, the backup was accepted and today that home is filled with a happy, growing family.

From backup offer to dream home, Julie’s gold medal moment is one you don’t want to miss!
