For more than two decades, Nick Firios of United Real Estate Preferred has built a career around helping others succeed in real estate. His commitment to professionalism, education, and agent development has made a lasting impact on those around him, making his nomination for the Orlando Real Producers 2026 Professional Award especially meaningful.
When Nick learned he had been nominated, his reaction was simple:

While the recognition came as a surprise, it also served as a meaningful reminder that years of dedication to the real estate industry have made an impact.
"It's wonderful," Nick shared. "It's very nice to be recognized for the work I have dedicated my daily life to helping others succeed and to be professional, educated, and ethical in an industry that I love."
Nick's journey in real estate spans more than two decades. He began selling real estate in 2002, opened his first brokerage in 2006, and expanded that brokerage in 2017. Throughout his career, he has remained focused on helping others grow and succeed while sharing the knowledge and experience he has gained along the way.
Today, Nick leads and supports more than 100 agents. Looking back on his career, he believes the experiences he has accumulated over the years have contributed significantly to this recognition.
"With my experiences from all the years of selling since 2002, to running my first brokerage in 2006, to expanding my brokerage in 2017, I believe by pouring those experiences into my over 100 agents today, it has been appreciated and has not gone unnoticed."
Although the nomination highlights Nick's professional accomplishments, he is quick to recognize the people who have supported him throughout his journey.
"I'd like to recognize my wife for her encouragement and support over the past 24 years in real estate," he said. "And a big thank you to all my agents and staff that have allowed me the opportunity to lead and support them over the years."
